most games say that but usually its a license for both through the xbox app/ microsoft store. and might be different if xbox cross-platform wasnt listed until it was available. might need to remove those till the feature is available. tried to insert a screenshot but not sure how but it lists...

i own the steam version and the old version on xbox but needed to buy a license for v1.0 on xbox in order to play with my friends. problem lies in their being a V1.0 console version and a V1.0 xbox pc version. did not know this before buying it and bought the wrong one to find out the license...
