I was wondering if I make a server for some friends and disable EAC for some Modlets does everyone who joins need to manually turn it off on their end?

Hello everyone I need some help I can't generate a random world. I am only able to play navezgane and pregen worlds. I have validated the Steam files multiple times and reinstalled the game. I keep getting these errors how do I fix it?
