Console for some reason does not allow you. Trying to toggle it on when its originally set to off and the message is: "Sets if creative mode and tools are allowed. This option cannot be changed. You cannot unlock achievements while creative mode is enabled."

I can't mod on console, no but we do have access to the creative menu. Difference is you can't toggle it on and off since you either start a world with it activated or disabled, you can't change that later on.

It is a bit important to me, because it helps decorate my base and I've used it since Alpha 13... just feels really empty without. But yeah, its based on luck but the spawn probability is quite bad when I haven't seen it at all in 64 days. Reason why I wonder if something is wrong. Does it say...
