    PC Is HP ammo still bugged in 19.3?

    Hi! Just curious if HP ammo was touched in 19.3 compared to 19.2. Various tests have confirmed the armor modifier doesnt apply to HP ammo hence its always the best choice. Just looking to confirm its still that way. Thank you and Greetings!

    I think master chef should give more than just recipes / slight cooking speed, at least on max rank to eliminate all chance of food poisoning
