I've confirmed the discrepancy in values and have written an internal ticket so it can be looked into further.
I've also written a separate improvement ticket to update the mod's description to mention not allowing it on Assassin armor.
Thanks for the video! I've always restarted playtest every time (to get the biome specific trees to show up) so I didn't know you can change biomes on the fly like that. I've confirmed the issue and will write up a ticket for it.

Select Editing Tools > Level/Prefab Editor from the Main Menu
Hit ESC and click Playtest
My biome was already burnt...
