thanks @SylenThunder, I've now disabled the DMZ and forwarded all the required ports: I will delete my current player profile on the server and create a new one and I will give another try.... Thanks.  

to this has happened today AGAIN... fresh new player server profile, fresh client installation and again stuck on the loading screen.... This has happened just after hitting alt+f4 for the desync issues I am constantly having, when  I tried to rejoin the server, boom, stuck again on the loading...
