Correct, that is the problem but it is under the "Fixed" section.  My interpretation is that issue is now fixed.

Do buildings need to have the stability recalculated or does the patch auto recalculate.  I am on a server and stopped building when blocks started to fall and do not want to continue if it's not fixed. Thx in advance.
