Sounds like your world got corrupted for whatever reason. I honestly bought the game for a PS5 just to test something for 15 minutes between console and servers on my mod, so I don't know much about it if you can restore your savings on console, at least on computer side it's pretty much gone...

If your server is open to the public could be a cheater going around destroying server. If you're playing just between friends, put a password on it or use the whitelist system.
