If you search "No Traders Mod V1 7 Days to Die" on Google, you’ll find the mod hosted on Nexus Mods. As for the map, you can either generate a world that’s entirely Wasteland or manually repaint the biome.png file located in the map folder.

You should be fine then. Just for high pop servers (30+ people) isn't a good idea, I have seen personally the CPU dropping the performance to keep the CPU nice and cool.

Go for 9950X. I know some server owners that had issues using Intel's 14th gen including myself. Don't use the 3D versions of Amd for hosting, it will drop your performance.

I recommend you using CPM/CSMM. If you search for their website or discord you can find the solution that you're looking for.
