everyone sets their dificulty level when starting, couldn't you tie that to the biome you spawn in?

Graphics issues I had similar issues, reset to medium graphics, turn off vsync and drop resolution to 1366x768 fixed it for me

I opened steam yesterday and 7days had update queued next to it. 0 byte update,was very dissapointed

New fallout is due for release 14 November this year, dont think it will improve much by then
