Try the mods I listed.  It's perfect for that style.  I do insane with all zombies walking.  AI block break is 100%, player is 200%.   For a testing twist.  Try Scavenger difficulty, AI block break at 25%, player 200% and all zombies sprint.  hahahaha this should be fun.
