This isn't isolated. I just installed a fresh copy of 7D2D, 7D2D Mod Launcher, DF Mod and got the same instantiation error. Game hangs on initial launch at "Building Environment". Suggestions? Log file attached.

Can anyone that has achieved the subject condition please let me know what your rig components are? I have i7-7700 with GTX 1060/6Gb and 16Gb RAM with SSD and I can't get anywhere near 60 FPS even at 1920x1080 with some low settings engaged. I could before 18.4. Poorly optimized?
