I like the diminishing returns concept, but they did away with spamcrafting. Personally to me the granularity and the little details make the difference. Killing 1000 zeds and all of a sudden I can now craft with new materials and make guns whole cloth just by shooting a bow and swinging a club...

I have had this problem as well but I couldn't drop either. So I used scrap and then cancelled the scrapping. another workaround.

Well, if we can't have larger spawns can we at least have them more often? Then each spawn would at least be updated by gamestage. So that way (at least early on) each would be more challenging.

--- try the same idea but place a layer of ramp blocks on top of each step followed by spikes. that way they have a walkable slope to the next set of spikes.....also reinforce for cops and such in later runs.

I would report this as a bug but i don't know how to describe it as anything but "HORRIBLE"]I can only describe it as severe framerate drop into the single digits... I have long since gotten comfortable with mid 20s framerate but this is ridiculous. Even in the middle of no where with no poi's...

I had a thought....perhaps a bad one, I don't know as I am not programming savvy, but here goes. Instead of the horde spawner randomly generate a crowd and point them at the player could it pull from the nearest POi? Basically wake the horde in that poi and tell them go to nearest player? This...

My takeaway from this is that they spent a lot of time designing the new dungeon Poi's and they want those to be the primary zed kills. By pushing players into the handcrafted encounters they have an easier time controlling progression. As a solo player it is a pain to work through more than 2...

On my night 6 of my current game I went outside at night to snipe the wandering horde that had just missed me and spread out about 100 meters from my base. I managed to do pretty well, by sniping with a compound bow. I would fire off a shot and immediately stealth away a few meters, usually the...

A workaround for murder holes is to use railings(just the railing not catwalk) rotated flat. I havent tried this yet with the current build but it should work. As for the retractable ladder; use hatches placed flat on a wall and stagger them for steps. closed they cant be walked on (possible but...

they require a level surface so lay down a couple of wood frames and place bike on top of those, hop on ride off blocks and pick up blocks if that doesnt work it may well be a bug

I have heard similar complaints on the topic, you are not alone. However this perplexes me greatly as of the many games i have run thus far I have only been actually infected on 3 occasions out of the many times i have had the orange skull warning of "something coming on" and even then the...

As I only play dead is dead, I have totaled 23 deaths thus far, so 23 games. 9 of those directly tied to being stealthed and overlooking it at a critical moment. So far 7 deaths due to running out of stamina, 2 to game glitches, 4 deaths due to overconfidence, and 1 accidental suicide swallowing...
