I did the steps in that exact order with no success. After removing all mods and reinstalling vm again, the Icons are still missing.  

Hello! I installed VM yesterday on a new save, but most of the items don't show their icons.  For example: the default 7D2D Car Batteries, VM Wire Cutters, VM Wheels, Carburetors . Is there anything I can do about this, or to understand what is causing them to not show up?
