    This applies to all terrain based blocks?, ie terrain concrete, gravel, dirt? Assuming also this only applies to player made bases on map itself and not within the boundaries of a placed POI with its own z spawn volumes.

    I dont know that is entirely the case. Right now there are several wheelhouses that come together to make 7d2d. It would definitely be a tougher 'day 1' for some, but the rest I feel like would just fall in place once the standard UE (for example) translations were shared and open for editing...
