Yup. Haven/Halperin Hotel, restricted access parking lot, covered/trellised area behind the pool, and there's the hazardous waste barrel by the pool... It's obviously not the same building, but it's nodding repeatedly to Halperin.

Nice homage to a recent zombie game. Sometimes I forget this is all made with voxels. 

The bears in the game are brown bears and not black bears because they're large, aggressive, and... Brown.
