I've been trying to make a true-PvE server but the LBC doesn't seem to work. At all. On a fresh install of the server it works, it alerts when it hit by someone and the damage to mitgated. As soon as I switch it from Online/Offline damage, under config, it just doesn't work. This is a problem...
