Are you using the native client or one of the various Protons? It's still there, but I figure not if you're using one of the Protons.

Sadly, the 1000 series Nvidia cards are showing their age with new tech. This isn't a mods issue, just a case of the GPU/driver can't keep up with what the game does anymore. You can try turning graphics jobs off in the launcher, as well as reduce shadow quality/reflections.

As everyone here stated, invalid server files, maybe the server is on the wrong version, and probably mods on the server. You have a mod in your game files by the way.
