    Frame drops from 30 to 15 when night is comes

    Hi everyone !! my Pc is 16 Ram Rayzen 5 1600-six core Card Radeon  RX 570 So In day my frame is 30-60 but when night is comes at 21:50 to 22 my frame drastically drops to 15. setting in game are ULTRA by default. Any suggestion. Thank you for any help.
