I didn't see anything in the change log about zombies that silently spawn behind the player. Please create a ticket for this. A cheap solution is having these spawns emit a groan because it really sucks when you clear a room with one entrance, turn a corner to loot and get killed by a silent...

I had one spawn behind me in a POI where there was no path for zombies to get to where I was. I consider it a bug. Players can't be expected to deal with that in any released game so I imagine they're still working it.

I prefer it over a16's leveling.
