Yes for one instance of the game. Some of us have 2-3 copies of the game that we launch from where each mod folder had a different set of mods depending on what we planned on playing that session (Twitch/YouTube/Friends/Testing for the heck of it) etc.

This will localize Mods now to one location right? What about people (Content Creators/or just people in general playing w/friends) that have a modded play through in one game save and one mostly vanilla with a few select mods in another? That will be virtually impossible to do after moving the...

What specifically does "Destroy area attacks partial blocks it moves into" mean.....?

Any answers to this yet? I'd like to make a WasteLands only map with a dusting of Desert for Oil Shale as needed myself. Hell if I can figure out how to do it with the in game map generation as far as that much customization.
