On game start, 2.0 attempts to log me in and then kicks me to a discord account creation page. Is there a launch parameter we can use to disable the discord feature?

Make mods for the games you do have. If you do a good job, you can buy 7dtd with your donation points (if you're publishing on Nexus). That is how I got the game.
