Activate yourself cheat mode if the game is to hard for you guys

a17 stable and options to adjust difficulty (hunger, thirst, progression, etc.) by myself, because i find it is getting easier and easier from build to build because of all the whiners here in forum that want a survival game easy mode at all, with forges, steel and laser weapons from the first day

Is there a roadmap for a17? I mean: how many experimental version will be released before stable version? Are there any infos out i missed? I played almost 80 hours a17e and i just dont want to restart my server with any new build.

Hello again. Im am a little bit confused, because i just made a machete but i have problems hitting with it. It seems that Zombies have to come closer to hit them. Because of this i think i will prefer the hunting knife over the machete. Is there a kind of bug with the machete?
