I am playing on multiplayer with the same friend all the time. It is possible that I've installed some traps while being alone in the game. I'll also add the info that I'm the only one who has manipulated the traps in our game. I also picked up a 5W trap and put it back down to see which trap...
I do not play with any mods. I do not have any motion sensors or other traps installed. Only a few power banks, some switch and electric relays. Maybe the ones that cost 5W were damaged during a horde. I don't see how that would factor in but that's literally the only thing I can think of.
I have some dart traps that only cost 5W (maybe 8 out of 60) instead of 10W. The 5W ones allow me to choose the targeting, not the 10W ones. I have no idea why it's not the same type of dart traps, can anyone help me figure it out?
I think there is a way to have every idea rolled into one: Remove boulders and add a visual layer like the night-vision goggles that makes the patches of ore underneath the current boulders appear as bright spots that you would see from roughly the same distance as you can currently see boulders...
It would make sense to me that the guns are more often empty than not when found. If the amount of bullets is lowered from the guns we find, I think it would only be fair to up the amount of bullets we find in the game in general to compensate since I feel we are already in the right ballpark...
Then maybe you should start listening. You bought an early release of an alpha game. It is not "balanced out of the box", it's not even in the box yet.
I want the level cap to be a fixed or dynamic option on game creation/in the xml. Either give us a field where we can input the desired level cap or offer us some options like lvl 150-200-250-300. Problem solved.

Why all the options in the poll are static numbers and not %?? I'd want the death penalty to be 12 in-game hours. That way it's based on length of day.

It should stay but be able to be toggled in the options menu AND offer the following added options:
only appear after an enemy is damaged
only appear on bosses
only show if you buy it as a perk.
