That looks like a really good asset. Will greatly improve that POI with the pretend beehives. Will it have a broken/lootable version? Also much needed for player homesteading.

Reducing the number of zombies was part of the optimisation imo. The fact POI zombies only spawn in room by room, and reduced wandering zombies. It was done to improve performance. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes but they appear early and frequently so they are not special any more, I think is the point being made (I'd say with the exception of demolition zombies, they still are lategame) We know they exist.
