Addendum: Zooming in also cancels it

When Sprint Mode is on Toggle it gets cancelled when you you hit ESC to pause the game or close out an inventory. It also gets cancelled when you enter or exit a vehicle. This is incredibly frustrating behavior and I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that in the past (at least hitting ESC).
