This indirectly resolved my issue. Turns out having run enabled was the problem. If I disabled run I could move as anticipated. Whoops. Thank you!

Does anyone know a fix for the weird strafe forward or lunge issues with Xbox controller? Moving back, left or right works as anticipated but moving forward has this strange lunge mechanic I can’t fix. I end up running face first into my spikes or end up falling off a roof. I tried playing with...
