Ok, i've just had another update of 5.22gb on Xbox - was actually playing the game at the time and the game force-closed and gave me the update message........ never had that happen before in my 10+ years of being an xbox player. Not seeing patch notes...... hotfix i guess...... for what? 

Yeah, it's still hitching all the time unfortunately. Was just in a Wasteland city, hitching mess and framerate tanking :(

Any word on a fix for the hitching issues on Xbox Series X? It happens multiple times per minute and it's extremely frustrating to deal with. I can just about deal with the framerate drops but those big hitches/stutters have gotten me killed more than once now - it's the one main issue i have...

I'm pretty much certain the autosave feature is causing this - be nice if they added the option to disable it or even to have it save a lot less frequently until they figure out how to stop the huge stutter as it's the most annoying thing in the game right now.
