as the title say, you can put any dye on any armor part (helmet, outfit, hands or boots) and that color will not show on armor. On tools, weapons and vehicles it is well seen the color you put on cosmetic bar. Btw it would be nice if you can choose on what part of the tool, weapon, armor or...
