The main part at the bottom is what really gets me. We have told they have been working on putting bandits into the game since pre 1.0. We've been told to "just wait until the next alpha" multiple times. It just seems weird to be told that and have that be a major development point for 3 years...

I'm going to assume your reply is accurate. It still leaves some problems with me. If it is the AI work that needs to get done according to Faatal why don't they hire more help in this area? Considering they have wanted to add bandits in the game for several years now, it seems like a good idea...

If the sound engineer is done does this mean all the sound work is done for bandits? All the graphics design for bandits is complete and ready to go? This answer is somewhat a hard sell if things the fun pimps want to add into the game aren't there yet. Stuff that was wanted to be included years...
