If I had a pick it would be the zombies', they've been making the same sounds for so long, I'd love fresh ones

Well it could be a random spawn event which really doesn't care about the biome (I think) or you could be close to the desert, anyhow, if they attack a heavy well-timed hit with a decent sledgehammer should send em flying right back to whatever hell they came from.

Do you think Sound Effects need an update?

What I hope for this potentially amazing game is that the devs put good systems in place and then optimize it, go gold, and leave the addition of content for after release.

Everything else in the game has been worked on multiple times but sound effects don't seem to get much attention.

I actually tested it and it works with books you read AND PERKS! it's really subtle but either way it shows the book open. So all good there. Thanks Fun Pimps! You've created my latest and greatest addiction!

You mean there's a book icon that tells you you've already read that specific book? That'd be kinda nice.. I'll check when I get home tonight.

The only thing i found a bit annoying was having to check if I read the Schematic or already knew the recipe for that Schematic.

I always go for flagstone, it's better and less expensive to upgrade to concrete in the long run, Flagstone>Cobblestone>Concrete>R.Concrete. Save the Iron.

I Agree, but it's just icons, they can be easily modded, the sounds on the other hand really need work.
