i opened the 9mm x10 and the 9mm x50 with no problem... once. but when attempting to open future disassembled packs the "READ" is grayed out and i get a message that the quest is unavailable.  The 45mm has no issues. I've been able to use multiple of those.

How would i go about making a mod that allows you to "repair/upgrade" an opened locked door to the unlocked state. namely the locked doors at the end of pois that open via the key hooks. i hate that those doors don't simply unlock.

I assume this is a typo/editing error the Shotgun should be a a different Category and not lumped into the SMGs or does this mod add all these shotguns to the SMG categories.
