Great that asphalt blocks are back in the game, but they behave like a chameleon now. Means, they have always the color of the underlying block. On grass they look like grass, on gravel they look like gravel. Only when placed on a road they look like asphalt. Please take a look at it. And...

It's up to you to set the drop-on-death parameter. Either backpack, or toolbelt, or both or nothing. I also don't know what you mean with lost backpacks. I play since A16 and I have always(!) found my backpack.

Best is to remap the controls, because the default controls are adverse.

What I have noticed id that they used the performance boost to reintroduce small hordes and increased outdoor zeds. Before there were only a few scattered zeds outside of POIs but now I have to constantly check the area, or I'm suddenly surrounded by them. Walking in the night isn't that easy...

In A16 there were this skillpoint "traps" where unexperienced players could do the mistake of wasting skillpoints into self-learning skills. "Do not spend skillpoints into the 100-skills" was the first advice to every newbie. This nonsense was removed with A17 ... ... but came back in another...

Despite this new crazy xp curve the Pimps still haven't fixed how overpowered you become with higher levels. The game was and still is ridiculous easy after the hard starting phase. On servers the XP multiplier is mostly x3 or x5, and loot abundance 200% or 300%. But in A16/A17 I got into the "I have all" state earliest above level 100, now I reached it with level 70. So where is the advantage of the new system?

I met a demolisher zed the first time and he made a big hole in the street in front of my base. Then I tried to fix it but didn't found the asphalt block. Is it missing?
