There is a concrete block on the ground in front of a garage on a POI that I would like to know the name of.  It's a plate like ramp piece that is about half the height of the "concrete narrow wedge tip".  It look like it was recently added, like in A19, but I can't seem to find or identify it...

When I try to talk to any trader, as soon as the screen zooms in to the trader face the game freezes up most of my controls.  I can't move, escape, or interact.  Only my Function keys work.  I've tried about 7 new games using the create map, Nava, and 2 of the 3 custom ones and it doesn't matter...
