it just makes no sense cause this is the list from my end. one has my local ip (192.xxx) one has (127.0.0.1) and one has my external ip

reinstalled the dedicated server via steamCMD and reconfigured it all the same as last time only this time no one can see or connect to it unless im actually IN the game.... this shouldnt happen on dedicated right?? ports are all good, idk whats up so any help is appriciated.
