So I am currently tier 5, but I'm only able to do to tier 1 2 and 3 missions. This happened whenever I had to go to the snow biome. To open my trader route. It would only give me tier 3 and didn't go to tier 4 like it should have. I continued going through it all doing tier 3 missions. Thinking...
