1782243512 Quests per day is set at 10. Quests per Tier is 15. When i changed the Quests per Tier to 10, it started giving trader quests again (other than missing the trade route to Jen and the T1 Trader Quest completion. Hope this is what you wanted to know.

Had the same issue as overgoat. It seems to affect all traders that will not give any quests once you hit 10/15 if you use the sandbox setting to change it to 15. Other players cannot get any quests either afterwards. We waited 2 days before starting a new map, then it happened again...
