in the v1.0 version of the game it seems resource nodes are less plentiful and are biome locked. I've rolled a few maps and it seems there is no coal in the desert biome. i know in past builds there was a small chance to find any node in any biome but it seems more like a hard lock now. anyone...
too many screamers. simply upgrading my base and a screamer spawns. and another. and another. also zombies are now able to easily break cobblestone walls. not sure how to get through horde night untill i get a cement mixer.
you can reload your preset to clear any changes you have made. as far as downloads go people can feel free to share maps in this thread or make a thread to do so.

tallman brad has made a great tutorial on making maps with large cities.
so im playing a20.6 and im wondering if there is a setting in advanced generation that effects the amount and size of cities. i have generated a lot of maps and cant get a large city or any more than 1 or 2 tier 5 poi. any help is appreciated.
thank god. the big companies cannot make unique games anymore because the bean counters wont let them. TFP could have gouged for the game and forgot the player base so they can use the money to make shallow games for casuals. they have stuck to their guns and continue to make progress. maybe not...
