I have the same issue and I play from Xbox app PC. I still haven't received the hat even though I have claimed it "several" times in twitch. I will provide proof if needed.

Na man I prefer PC even tho I use Microsofts Xbox app for PC gaming instead of Steam atm. I used to be an active console player but I highly prefer PC due to various of reasons and PC has more freedom and free hands than consoles so far.

I actually contacted Microsoft support for this and so far no customer support I contacted have any idea about this lol

Yep WTF 1.4 still hasn't dropped on Xbox app PC LOL I starting to think was it good idea afterall to switch to xbox version of 7dtd from Steam after this but I guess I still wait but I am starting to lose my patience too LOL. Well at least mods always work with xbox version on PC just like Steam.

I highly agree. T6 is a hard enough quest that it should be at least the one way to get max quality stuff as loot and that would be enough for me.
