    I'm having the same trouble as OP. I did end up installing the certificate as instructed on the Supported FAQ, but to no good.  Certificate installed; I'm running the dedi on a Hyper-V VM, ports are open and forwarded.  The server run shows a lot of EOS warnings and an EOS Error as well. ...
