Screamers do show up for me but not at my base. Instead they show up in quest pois while I'm clearing them.

Played since alpha 13 where in my first minute of play I earned the Evil Knievel achievement.

To get bonus precious metals and gems whenever mining you need Art of Mining: Volume 1. And look everywhere for other books. I find quite a few in trash piles.

I led a lumberjack zed into Trader Hugh's room because the guy pissed me off. Sadly Hugh was immune but I wasn't. I did leave a smashed zed on the floor beside the trader though.

I just leave the doors open.

I make great use of them. Max out the Infiltrator perk and you're able to pick up land mines. I get around forty from army camps (free land mines!), more if they haven't been stepped on by zeds. I put them around my horde base on a blood moon day and then watch those zeds fly.

It's random though you have a better chance of finding one in a Working Stiffs. However I found mine in a trash pile.

Speaking of surprises in the game I would love if the body bags spawned zeds inside of them and then they burst out like a stripper from a really big cake.

All traders do have the White River Settlement flag. I have noticed that one of the army camps and a fire station has one as well. However traders won't be in the middle of a town. As far as map markers go I would love to be able to color code them. But I do like discovering the places myself...

I found that hitting zeds in the legs (the spear is awesome for this) cripples them enough that the rage mechanic is more easily dealt with. And while they are doubled over they get a shot to the head. Makes me less complacent. Tactic doesn't work on vultures though.

I would love to see reinforced bumpers/ram mods on the vehicles for more zombie squishing fun.
