No matter what settings I use I always get a null reference just after it shows Writing Map Data Complete. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, verified files and no mods.

I have noticed the icon disappears after about half a city block but once you get back to within that area it pops back up, I usually make a quick mark on the map to follow the red flag back to my bike.
