Hello, is the Hamer and Forge Perk bugged? Pushed Intellect to 10 but still says i need to increase Intellect to buy next lvl on Hammer and Forge. It's on 3 and in the top right corner it says 3/3 but this tree has obvisously 5 skill levels. No positiv oder negativ affects are on. Did i...
