Seems to have worked like a charm. All I needed to do was increase the MAX COUNT number from 1 to 25 in all the biomes (The code directly above the photo you posted.) Might play around with the number a bit more yet but it seemed to work like a charm for both Zombie and Animal spawns. Thank you...
