That looks like a corrupted region file. You could delete the file to fix it, but that would reset the region back to it's original state.

What Razer apps are installed? Synapse, Chroma, Axon, Cortex? Try uninstalling those if you have them.

I would uninstall all of them. Also, what mouse do you use? (make/model) How is it connected? USB, BT, or wifi?

I suspect something in Armoury crate is causing this. As a test can you uninstall it, and uninstall all the extra Asus apps that it installs, and then try again. You can always reinstall the bloatware if you want. You have to disable Armoury Crate in the bios, or it will reinstall itself...

I think using command-Q to quit could result in problems and that you should only use the in game menu to quit the game.

Can you try it with vsync off? Also, your log doesn't show the dip in fps. Can you provide one from when you got the issue in game?
