If the chunk reset time is set to disabled everywhere I go and destroy stuff or build a base underground should still stay correct

I'm on the PS5.  When I start a server and fire it up my friends cannot see it to join even if I put it to online. Is that an issue that is going to be fixed or are we not doing it right? If I'm in there I can send them invites but like I said they can't go to the join a server and find me.
