    They have a part system POIs use to add some randomness. They should just extend that to allow/force main loot parts to spawn in random areas of the POI. Sure, people will still learn all the points it could spawn, but 3-4 or more points in some of the bigger POIs would basically make you guess...

    This is how I feel. It's a survival game first to me, and inventory management is a part of that. But I've noticed a shift in more recent times where now people almost expect one chest to hold everything you'll ever need, and god forbid you can't craft from containers or deposit into them...

    Only time I've seen anything like that is when I loaded a vanilla save I started with my overhaul loaded. Without providing a log there is no way to know what is happening. Were you running mods?

    Still seems to be an issue in 2.6 as well. And to clarify my last post, now the red boundary is actually the quest limit and if you cross it you will fail where originally when we noticed this issue it was only visual and you could still roam the entire POI. Now if it cuts part of the POI off...

    One issue that still seems present with sounds is: for a lot of things other than distraction items like rocks, the sound originates from the player rather than where the impact takes place. Arrows don't really seem to attract zombies if you hit around them, though the noise may wake sleepers...

    That's exactly what I don't want to have to do. Haha. Users can be lazy and they definitely don't typically read. I'd rather be able to have a mod set a default and then those that know the settings menus exist can tweak what they want while a lot of them just hit play.
