From the pics it doesn't show they are in a POI as it just says Pine Forest instead of the POI name, unless they are just one block...

2.5 just seems to chug more than 2.4 did. I've noticed just putting around in my vehicles seems a lot more choppy than I remember 2.4...

As in you can't equip items like armor? Not sure any mod would intentionally do that. Might be having some errors that is breaking that...
