Played so far up to 18:00 on day 7...got up at 4:30 am to play before work ... Damn it @madmole I need sleep. Why is a18 so addictive? Can't wait to get home and try my first horde. Everything so far runs buttery smooth and looks great.👍

So far it runs great and looks great. Just finished the trader quest and I have been inside houses and out...so far getting a pretty steady 110 to 120 fps with a 2060 gfx. Great job Joel and crew. I don't have shadows on or sun shafts most stuff turn to medium. I will try maxing everything out...

Well stated....this is my favorite game too. I don't recall what alpha I started on but have over 5000 hrs in I think. Someone posted once how they see rl buildings while outside and think how well it could be defended against zombies...yeah, that's me ever morning when I drive to work.

I for one look forward to a glorious A18 death(s) and hope my old playstyle doesn't work. It always is fun coming up with new plans.

I watched a streamer awhile back...Kage848, I believe, that was testing the silencer to see if it woke up zombies...I don't recall what the outcome was and can't remember what video it was. When I get home today I'll cheat it in (I never find any) but if someone has knowledge on this please let...

I meant a daytime eclipse event for either a BM or just running zombies...an eclipse that was fairly sudden

This by far, is my favorite game...I have logged an embarrassing amount of hours on it. I look forward to each alpha with great anticipation. I like most of what the pimps have done and live with those I don't. A18 is looking closer and closer to the game I want...well, until a19 with bandits...

As much as I hate the death debuff...I think it's needed. Good decision Joel. PS...loving the game, yeah there's quirks but my group is having a freaking blast. Once I turned off shadows I get anywhere from 40 to 80 fps with 8700k and rx480. 25 to 60 fps with shadows. Cheers

@Roland...just wondering if you are allowed to tell us what FPS you get while playing A17? What CPU and GPU u use?
