Crafting bundles also give a hefty amount of xp but the amount u get degrades until you get nothing from making bundles. You can do this for each kind of bundle though. It will start by giving like 17k xp then reduce it several times before giving 0.

This is what I use and I am on Day 7 right now. I love it a lot. You will want the armor mod to reload guns faster along with whatever else helps with reload speed and you will be good to go.

double-barrel shotgun for me. I wish I had a flamethrower, but shotguns are fun. I love having a junk turret side kick too. I recently looted a very strong hunter rifle, but I still like my shotty better cause it is a shotgun lol.

What is the cap level in this game and how hard is it to reach for alpha 18? I tried going into a new save and enabling cheat mode to give myself like 99999999999999 xp or whatever, but i noticed i need millions and millions of xp in the level 100s so has me worried and thinking i bugged it out...

You may still want the perk for sake of the digging quest and looting faster even if it does not help much with increasing the chances of looting good stuff. I know the digging quests are a pain without it.

Yes, you gain 1 Health and 1 Stamina per level. Not too sure if it caps at 200 or not though.
